Abstract:
The present invention provides a method for preparing a nano-carbon material, comprising: mixing a raw material with a first catalyst to form a material, and carrying out an n-stage microwave processing on the configured material, and adding a predefined quantity of a raw material before each stage of the microwave treatment in a second-stage microwave treatment, wherein n is greater than or equal to 3. The microwave power in each stage of the microwave treatment is greater than or equal to the microwave power in the previous stage of the microwave treatment. According to the present invention, the method for preparing the nano-carbon material uses a multistage gradient-power microwave treatment that involves gradient-power microwave treatment and processing. The distribution ratio of each stage of microwave treatment needs to be adjusted as necessary, and each stage of the microwave treatment show a good cohesion and coordination, thereby substantially improving yield, purity and quality of carbon nanotubes.
