Abstract:
Disclosed is a method for preparing a narrow-distribution triethanolamine block polyether, the method involving subjecting triethanolamine, as an initiator, to a polymerization reaction with ethylene oxide and epoxy propane in the presence of a certain amount of a phosphazene composite catalyst to prepare the triethanolamine block polyether. In the present application, by adding a certain amount of the phosphazene composite catalyst, the prepared triethanolamine block polyether has the characteristics of a short preparation period, a narrow distribution, a low pour point, a low foamability and a good emulsification effect. In addition, compared with traditional amine ethers, the amine ether catalyst prepared by the method has a low catalyst dosage and does not require a post-treatment refining process, such that the raw material cost and the production cost are greatly reduced, and a better technical effect is achieved.
