Abstract:
Provided is a method for preparing nuclease P1. In a fermentation medium containing a fermentation accelerator, fermentation is performed by using penicillium citrinum to prepare a fermentation liquid containing nuclease P1, wherein a method for preparing the fermentation accelerator comprises the following steps: S1. subjecting ribonucleic acid to enzymolysis to obtain an enzymolysis liquid; and S2. ultrafiltering the enzymolysis liquid obtained in S1 with an ultrafiltration membrane, wherein the obtained retentate is the fermentation accelerator.
