Abstract:
A method for preparing oryzanol by using soapstock containing oryzanol as a raw material, comprising the following steps: 1) alkali alcohol hot dissolving; 2) thermal insulation and fine filtration; 3) thermal insulation and ultrafiltration membrane separation; 4) thermal insulation and decolorization; 5) acidification, neutralization and filtration; 6) washing; and 7) drying. The temperature in step 1) to step 4) is controlled at 50-60°C. The described method is characterized in thermal insulation and operation being carried out at 50-60°C, cooperating with the process conditions of membrane separation, decolorization and washing, the final produced product being a white powder, the purity of oryzanol being higher than 98% and the yield being higher than 73%; the described method does not use methanol, ether, hexane, solvent oil and other toxic or flammable and explosive organic solvents, which improves product safety; the production process is simple, production equipment requirements are low, and operation and implementation are easy; moreover, production costs are low, and the method is suitable for industrialized production.
