Disclosed in the present invention are a class of highly active polypeptides, and a preparation method therefor and the use thereof. Whitening and anti-aging activity is used as guidance, pearl powder is subjected to enzymolysis and ultrafiltration treatment, a portion thereof with relatively high whitening and anti-aging activity is screened out by means of an in-vitro cell experiment, polypeptide identification and sequencing are performed on the portion in combination with high-resolution mass spectrometry, and computer simulation and cell experiment screening are then performed to obtain a whitening polypeptide with a clear amino acid sequence. The polypeptide is used in the field of cosmetics or cosmetic medicines and has extremely high application value. The present invention achieves the high-value utilization of freshwater products and provides a reliable basis for deep processing of pearls.
