Abstract:
This device for preparing a piping diagram: assigns a plurality of straight pipes and cut pipes between intersection points and generates virtual pipe paths specified using characteristic evaluation data represented by a sequence, using a join angle θi of the joint parts of the straight pipes and cut pipes, and an adjustment amount Lj of the cut pipe length, as variables; calculates an evaluation value for each virtual pipe path on the basis of the differential value between the total number of intersection points and control points and a continuous number from a starting point, which is the number of intersection points and control points at which the deviation between the virtual pipe path and the intersection points and control points is less than or equal to a prescribed threshold value, the deviation at the intersection points or control points at which the threshold value is initially exceeded, the average value of the deviation at the intersection points and control points at which the difference is less than or equal to the threshold value, and the proportion, within the range from the starting point to the intersection points and control points at which the difference is less than or equal to the threshold value, of the number of joint parts for which the join angle θi is other than 0°; and generates a pipe path joint diagram on the basis of one virtual pipe path having a superior evaluation value.
