Abstract:
Disclosed is a method for preparing a polyvinyl alcohol non-woven fabric coated composite material. The method comprises the steps of: unwinding a polyvinyl alcohol non-woven fabric, introducing same into a coating roller (1-4) via a pull roller (1-2) and subjecting to quantitative coating with a coating die head (1-3), and then introducing same into a drying channel (1-5) for drying; and setting the dried composite non-woven fabric by means of a setting roller (1-6), cooling same by means of a cooling roller (1-7), and winding same by means of a winding roller (1-8), so as to obtain a coated and composited polyvinyl alcohol non-woven fabric. After having been coated and composited by means of the technique of the present invention, the polyvinyl alcohol non-woven fabric, which originally does not possess a heat-sealing performance, has a heat-sealing performance for secondary processing, thus facilitating the implementation of automatic machinery processes, such as edge sealing, sealing and continuous bag making, and thus significantly improving the article processing efficiency and reducing cost; at the same time, the fiber joints in the polyvinyl alcohol non-woven fabrics are made more stable, thus further improving the mechanical properties thereof; and the elongation at break of the polyvinyl alcohol is improved, thereby allowing the polyvinyl alcohol non-woven fabric to be softer and more comfortable.
