Abstract:
A method for preparing polyvinyl chloride by suspension and polymerization, and a feeding device. The method comprises: step 1, injecting a vinyl chloride monomer and water at the temperature of 25ºC to 98ºC into a reaction vessel to obtain a water suspension, closing the reaction vessel, repeatedly performing vacuum-pumping and nitrogen purification cyclically, stirring, and evacuating oxygen in the reaction vessel; step 2, adding a first suspending agent and a second suspending agent into the reaction vessel, and then adding nanometer powder and an initiator compound, and performing a polymerization reaction; step 3, when the pressure in the reaction vessel is reduced to below 3.5 bar, adding cold water to terminate the polymerization reaction; and step 4, performing exhausting and vacuum-pumping processing on the reaction vessel, and filtering, washing and drying the obtained polymer, so as to obtain polyvinyl chloride. Also provided is a feeding device used in the preparation method.
