Abstract:
A method for preparing a pre-cast polyurethane surface layer for use in laying a sports field. The method comprises the following steps: providing an endless conveyor belt, which is provided with an endless bearing surface which is endlessly and continuously conveyed from the front end to the rear end thereof; arranging a continuous flexible mold on the endless bearing surface, wherein a plurality of granular grooves with different depths are uniformly distributed on a surface of the flexible mold; coating the flexible mold from the front end of the endless conveyor belt with a viscous polyurethane material in a continuous and uniform manner, so as to form a strip with a pre-cast polyurethane surface layer having equal thickness and equal width and having a non-slip granular surface; and then forming a bundle to be sent to a site and laid on a sports field, thereby simplifying the process and reducing manufacturing costs, and completing the pre-cast polyurethane surface layer having a non-slip granular surface.
