Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention is a method for preparing a roxithromycin capsule. The capsule comprises the following components in parts by weight: 8-20 parts of roxithromycin, 2-8 parts of xanthan gum, 20-30 parts of a polymer binder, 100-150 parts of a diluent, and 25-50 parts of an anti-adherent. According to the present invention, the capsule can be taken directly or can also be taken by means of opening same and mixing a medicament therein with water as required, a roxithromycin capsule with a high dissolution rate and a good stability is obtained by means of replacing a traditional organic solvent coating with an aqueous dispersion of the polymer binder, the cost of the raw materials is saved, and the capsule is suitable for industrial production; and the preparation method reduces the use of a coating material and an emulsifier, saves production costs, is beneficial for safety production and environmental protection, can mask the bitterness of a medicament, can also improve the dissolution rate of the medicament, and is suitable for use in a wider range of people and has fewer limitations.
