Abstract:
A method for preparing Rubusoside, comprising the following steps: grinding raw materials, performing flash extraction, double centrifugation, macroporous resin purification, desorption, enzymolysis, organic membrane grading decolorization, concentration, crystallization, and drying to obtain a finished product. By means of the method, quality control to extraction, separation, purification, decolorization, and other key links is optimized, and a Rubusoside product with a purity of more than 99% can be obtained. The product is snow-white, bitterness-free, low in solvent residue, free of pesticide residue, and stable in product quality.
