Abstract:
A method for preparing a sodium ion battery positive electrode material by means of spray combustion pyrolysis, comprising the following steps: STEP101: providing raw materials comprising a sodium source, a metal compound and a solvent, adding the sodium source and the metal compound into the solvent at a ratio, and uniformly mixing same to form a mixed slurry precursor; and STEP102: spraying the mixed slurry precursor into a pyrolyzing furnace by means of spraying, and introducing oxygen or a mixture of oxygen and a combustible gas at the same time, such that the sodium source and the metal compound are pyrolyzed or combusted to form the required sodium ion battery positive electrode material. The method for preparing the sodium ion battery positive electrode material has a simple process and good controllability. From the mixed slurry, a final product is directly formed by means of the combustion or pyrolysis of liquid drops in a pyrolyzing furnace, such that the synthesis period of the material is shortened, the introduction of impurities in a grinding process is avoided, the production cost is effectively reduced, the purity of the material is improved, and the material is easily produced on a large scale and in a continuous industrial manner.
