Abstract:
The present application relates to the technical field of solar photovoltaics. Provided are a method for preparing a solar cell, and a solar cell. In the method, during the process of performing emitter and back surface field patterning on a back face of a silicon substrate, one-step wet etching and a plurality of instances of laser ablation are utilized, and the laser ablation process has fast processing speed, high precision, low costs and low pollution; therefore, by means of reducing the number of implementations of a wet etching process which has tedious operations, high costs and high pollution, and utilizing laser ablation, the process can be effectively simplified, the cost is reduced, the patterning precision is improved, and the damage is reduced, such that the finished product quality of an HBC battery is improved.
