Abstract:
A method for preparing a solvent-resistant reverse osmosis composite membrane. A photocatalytic modification technology is used. An inorganic photocatalytic nanomaterial is introduced into a polysulfone base membrane and a polyamide ultra-thin composite layer in a composite membrane, and free radical groups are generated by means of ultraviolet irradiation or electron beam irradiation to improve the cross-linking degree in each layer and between interface layers of the composite membrane, such that the composite membrane exhibits a better solvent resistance than a pure polyamide composite membrane, and the oxidation resistance and the high-temperature resistance are also improved.
