Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for preparing a stem cell constituent extract and a method for preparing a hair loss treatment agent by using the same. The method for preparing a stem cell constituent extract, according to the present invention, comprises the steps of: obtaining cultured stem cells from which a medium has been removed; counting the number of stem cells by dispersing the stem cells in an isotonic carrier liquid; removing the carrier liquid and obtaining the stem cells; dispersing the stem cells in a hypotonic extender of an amount determined by considering the number of stem cells and the target concentration; and pulverizing the stem cells in the extender. The method for preparing a hair loss treatment agent, containing a stem cell constituent extract, according to the present invention, comprises the steps of: culturing stem cells in a culture solution; washing the stem cells after removing the culture solution; counting the number of stem cells by dispersing the stem cells in an isotonic carrier liquid; removing the carrier liquid and obtaining the stem cells; dispersing the stem cells in a hypotonic extender of an amount determined by considering the number of stem cells and the target concentration; pulverizing the stem cells in the extender; removing cell membrane residues; and filtering out, from the stem cell extract, only a component having a molecular weight of 3,000-5,000.
