Abstract:
The present invention provides a method for preparing a super-absorbent polymer composite, the method comprising the steps of: preparing super-absorbent polymer particles including a crosslinked polymer of an internal crosslinker and a water-soluble ethylenically unsaturated monomer having an at least partially neutralized acidic group; hydrotreating the super-absorbent polymer particles to adsorb moisture onto the super-absorbent polymer particles; and mixing the hydrotreated super-absorbent polymer particles with an anti-caking agent to attach the anti-caking agent to the hydrotreated super-absorbent polymer particles.
