Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for preparing a supercritical carbon dioxide thickener for the exploitation of tight oil and gas reservoirs. The method can solve the problem of oil and gas deposits being damaged as a result of conventional exploitation methods. The technical solution thereof involves: placing a bottle in an ice water bath, adding a perfluorooctyl ethyl alcohol into the bottle, further adding toluenesulfonyl chloride and pyridine, reacting same at 0-20ºC for 3 hours, and after the reaction finishes, adding a filter paper, ultrasonically dispersing same for 1 hour, then removing the filter paper, washing same 3-5 times by adding diluted hydrochloric acid to obtain an intermediate product (1); then adding (N-tert-butoxycarbonyl)serinol and the intermediate product (1) into another bottle, further adding potassium carbonate and N-N-dimethylformamide, warming same to 40ºC and reacting same for 4 hours to obtain an intermediate product (2); and finally adding trifluoroacetic acid and dichloromethane and the intermediate product (2), reacting same at 45ºC for 2 hours, and extracting and vacuum drying same, then adding 1,6-hexamethylene diisocyanate, and reacting same for 2 hours to obtain a final product. The thickener can increase carbon dioxide viscosity, and can be used in fracturing reformation and chemical flooding.
