Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention are a method for preparing a thermally-cured PU adhesive film having super-hydrophobic and self-repairing functions and a vehicle protective film. The method comprises: coating PU glue on a fluorine release film having a lotus leaf-like micro-nano structure by using a coating process, and then performing curing treatment to obtain a PU adhesive film having a lotus leaf micro-nano structure. The PU glue comprises a low-surface free energy hydrophobic agent and a silicone oil-modified hydroxyl resin. According to the present invention, the PU glue is prepared by combining the silicone oil-modified hydroxyl resin and the low-surface free energy hydrophobic agent. The PU glue is cured on the fluorine release film having the lotus leaf-like micro-nano structure to form the PU adhesive film, such that a micro-nano multilevel structure is constructed on the PU adhesive film. The combined action of the micro-nano multilevel structure, the low-surface free energy hydrophobic agent and the silicone oil-modified hydroxyl resin achieves the super hydrophobic properties of the surface of the PU adhesive film. The prepared micro-nano multilevel structure is not easy to fall off, and the micro-nano morphology of the surface of the adhesive film is copied perfectly and finely and has persistent characteristics. Compared with the conventional process, the present invention simplifies the production process and reduces the production cost.
