Abstract:
The present invention belongs to the technical field of new flexible electrodes. Disclosed is a method for preparing an ultra-thin porous stretchable thin-film electrode, the method comprising the following steps: step one: dissolving a polymer material in an organic solvent, so as to obtain a uniform polymer solution; step two: adding, in a dropwise manner, the polymer solution to a liquid surface which has a surface tension greater than that of the polymer solution and does not dissolve the polymer material, and spreading the polymer solution thereon so as to form an ultra-thin liquid film, and spontaneously forming a porous polymer thin film during a volatilization process of the organic solvent; and step three: preparing a conductive layer on the porous polymer thin film, so as to obtain an ultra-thin porous stretchable thin-film electrode. The preparation method of the present invention is simple and low cost. By means of the method, the thickness of an electrode can be adjusted and controlled in the hundreds of nanometers. A prepared thin-film electrode has good air permeability due to the porous structure thereof, and can realize the long-term monitoring of electrophysiological signals of a human body.
