Abstract:
The present invention relates to the field of pesticides and herbicides, in particular to a method for preparing compound 2-chloro-4-fluoro-5-(3-methyl-2,6-dioxo-4-(trifluoromethyl)-3,6-dihydropyrimidin-1(2H)-yl)benzoate of formula (I). In the present invention, a uracil ring is constructed under acidic conditions, and an intermediate prepared by means of the method can be used for preparing a new-type and high-efficiency uracil herbicide having a structural formula of formula (I), which has stable chemical properties, a better herbicidal activity, a simple synthetic route, and a broad application prospect in agriculture. The present invention further provides intermediate compounds used in the method, and methods for producing the intermediate compounds.
