Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for preparing a vinyl chloride-based polymer in a polymerization device, which comprises a polymerization reactor, a reflux condenser connected to the polymerization reactor, and a recovery pipe connected to the reflux condenser, the method comprising steps in which: a first vinyl chloride-based monomer and an initiator are injected into the polymerization reactor and polymerization is initiated; and polymerization is carried out while a second vinyl chloride-based monomer is recovered from the polymerization reactor through the recovery pipe and a third vinyl chloride-based monomer is injected into the polymerization reactor, wherein the amount of initiator is 0.105-0.110 parts by weight on the basis of 100 parts by weight of the first vinyl chloride-based monomer.
