Abstract:
Disclosed is a method for preparing a vortex-spun high-count yarn, comprising the following steps: 1) raw material selecting and blending; and 2) a spinning process, the spinning process being specifically as follows: blowing→cotton carding→pre-drawing→lap forming and doubling→combing→drawing→vortex spinning. The vortex spinning of a high-count yarn breaks through the limitation that vortex spinning cannot spin high-count yarns. The vortex-spun high-count yarn can be used as yarns for making a fabric for high-end underwear, is high in yarn count, fine in fineness, and softer and more comfortable in hand feeling, and has less yarn hairiness and moisture-absorbing and quick drying properties. The vortex-spun high-count yarn is made by choosing high-quality Xinjiang super long stapled cotton with optimized technological parameters in various procedures and strictly controlled quality.
