The present description discloses a means that is capable of suppressing a reduced coenzyme Q10 from decreasing due to oxidation when a solid composition containing the reduced coenzyme Q10 is preserved.　One or more embodiments of the present invention pertain to a method for preserving a solid composition that contains a form II crystal of a reduced coenzyme Q10, an oxidation inhibitor, and an emulsifying agent having a HLB of less than 6.0, the method including a feature of preserving the solid composition in a gas phase having relative humidity of 50% or greater. One or more other embodiments of the present invention pertain to a package body comprising: a solid composition that contains a form II crystal of a reduced coenzyme Q10, an oxidation inhibitor, and an emulsifying agent having a HLB of less than 6.0; a gas phase that has relative humidity of 50% or greater; and a container that encloses the solid composition and the gas phase.
