Abstract:
Disclosed is a novel use of a nitro compound in preparation of drugs. The drugs are used for preventing or treating diseases or disorders associated with administration of a VEGFR inhibitor and/or a VEGF inhibitor. Also provided are a pharmaceutical combination or kit comprising the compound for preventing or treating diseases associated with administration of the VEGFR inhibitor and/or the VEGF inhibitor. Further provided is a method for preventing or treating a disease or disorder, comprising monitoring features of one or more skin tissues, facial features, and/or gastrointestinal features of a subject to which the VEGFR inhibitor and/or the VEGF inhibitor is administered, and administering the compound to the subject when it is monitored that a disease or disorder is displayed.
