Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for preventive maintenance of a device through definition of a constant areal velocity, the method comprising: an information collection step (S10) of measuring information on an energy waveform indicating a change, according to passage of time, in the magnitude of energy required for a device to perform one working process in a driving state, wherein an area value acquired by integrating the measured energy waveform is collected; a constant velocity interval collection step (S20) of deploying, according to passage of time, an area value for an energy waveform of each working process repeatedly performed by the device, the area value being collected through the information collection step (S10), wherein a constant areal velocity interval of a predetermined unit time is repeatedly configured and collected on the basis of the deployed area value; an average value collection step (S30) of repeatedly collecting an average value of area values included in the constant areal velocity interval; a threshold configuration step (S40) of configuring an area threshold value for the average value in the constant areal velocity interval; and a detection step (S50) of repeatedly configuring and collecting a constant areal velocity interval of a predetermined unit time on the basis of an area value for an energy waveform of a working process repeatedly performed in a real-time driving state of the device, and inducing inspection management of the device if an average value of area values included in the collected constant areal velocity interval exceeds the area threshold value.
