Abstract:
The invention relates to a method for printing a printed image (7) onto a flat component (2) by means of a printing method using a printing apparatus (1). According to the invention, usage data (9) are collected on the basis of the subsequent, post-printing use of the component (2) in relation to the subsequent use of the component (2) and fed to the printing apparatus, the usage data (9) being printed in the form of an additional marking (11) with the printed image (7) at a position of the component (2) intended for the purpose.
