Abstract:
A method for process management through big data analysis according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises the steps of: collecting process data relating to a main facility, a process environment, and a sensor value through an Internet of things device; selecting a major process factor on the basis of an analysis through at least one method among processor mining analysis, reputation analysis, and cluster analysis for the collected process data; deriving an important process condition that affects process result variance, by analyzing a correlation between the major process factor and the process result variance through a big data analysis model; and performing a process simulation on the basis of the important process condition so as to predict a problem relating to a process and the process result variance.
