Abstract:
Provided in the present disclosure are a method for processing a power headroom report (PHR), a terminal, and a network device. The method for processing a PHR comprises: when first indication information is received, determining that current PHR trigger processing is complete. The first indication information indicates at least one of the following: the sending completion of at least one PHR corresponding to the current PHR trigger; LBT being successful; and starting to send at least one PHR corresponding to the current PHR trigger.
