METHOD FOR PRODUCING 2'-MODIFIED GUANOSINE COMPOUND
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2023/027065
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The present invention provides a novel method for producing a 2'-modified guanosine compound represented by the formula. In the formula, R1 and R2 may be the same or different, and each represents a hydrogen atom, an optionally substituted C1-6 alkyl group, an optionally substituted C7-16 aralkyl group, an optionally substituted C2-6 alkenyl group, an optionally substituted C2-6 alkynyl group or an optionally substituted C6-14 aryl group; n represents 0 or 1; in cases where n is 1, P1 represents a protecting group which is bonded to a nitrogen atom with a single bond; and in cases where n is 0, P1 represents a protecting group which is bonded to a nitrogen atom with a double bond.
