Abstract:
Disclosed is a method for producing 3-hydroxypropionic acid and acrylic acid by means of fermentation. The present invention provides a recombinant Corynebacterium glutamicum. The aldehyde dehydrogenase gene ald of the microorganism is up-regulated, and the expression of glyceraldehyde-3-phosphate dehydrogenase gapA of the microorganism is down-regulated; meanwhile, a heterologous diol dehydratase gene pduCDEGH is expressed, and heterologous 3-phosphate dehydrogenase gpd and glycerol 3-phosphatase gpp are expressed. The recombinant microorganism is subjected to fermentation culture by taking an organic carbon source such as glucose as a substrate in a shake flask or a fermentation tank to give 3-hydroxypropionic acid. 3-Hydroxypropionic acid in the fermentation culture solution is acidified, heated, and dehydrated to further give acrylic acid. The recombinant microorganism of the present invention can efficiently produce 3-hydroxypropionic acid and acrylic acid by using cheap raw materials such as glucose, sucrose, and molasses. The production process is green, safe, and simple. The recombinant microorganism has good market application prospects.
