Abstract:
The present invention relates to algae in which human immunoglobulin (hIgG) Fc, a human-derived protein-and-Fc-fused protein, or a monoclonal antibody is expressed specifically for hepatocytes, and a method for producing same. The algae produced according to the production method of the present invention may economically mass-generate human immunoglobulin Fc having an enhanced anti-inflammatory effect in vitellus and blood.
