Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for producing an antenna package. A method for producing an antenna package according to one example of the present invention includes: an antenna metal layer forming step in which an antenna metal layer is formed by forming a first oxidation prevention layer on a first surface of a core metal layer, and forming a second oxidation prevention layer on a second surface of the core metal layer, which is the reverse surface of the first surface; an adhesive layer forming step in which an adhesive layer is formed on the first surface of the antenna metal layer; a circuit processing step in which the antenna metal layer and the adhesive layer are cut together and the antenna metal layer is patterned; a sealing solution spraying step in which a sealing solution is sprayed on a second surface of the antenna metal layer, which is the reverse surface of the first surface; a body film layer forming step in which a body film layer is formed on the second surface of the antenna metal layer; and a body film layer cutting step in which the body film layer is cut.
