Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a novel antibody production method. Provided is a method for producing an antibody capable of binding to an extracellular vesicle, the method comprising: (1) a step for bringing an antibody to be tested into contact with an extracellular vesicle derived from a culture medium obtained by culturing at least one biological sample selected from the group consisting of a biological tissue and a cell separated from the biological tissue and (2) a step for selecting the antibody that is bound to the extracellular vesicle is selected as an antibody capable of binding to the extracellular vesicle.
