Abstract:
A method for producing Antrodia cinnamomea soybean milk. The method comprises the following steps: soaking Cinnamomum kanehirai hay in water, and generating, by means of long time soaking, Antrodia cinnamomea in water by using multiple thalluses parasitized on the Cinnamomum kanehirai hay, and forming a water solution; placing nutrients of five cereals into the water solution, so as to further culture the Antrodia cinnamomea; taking out the water solution and placing the water solution into a container, and soaking raw soybeans in the water solution for one to two hours; and taking out the soybeans and placing the soybeans into the container, storing the soybeans for 15 to 30 days in an ordinary temperature, taking out the soybeans, baking or insolating the soybeans to form Antrodia cinnamomea soybeans, and preparing soybean milk by using the soybeans.
