Abstract:
A nanoparticle aqueous dispersion wherein nanoparticles are dispersed in water is produced by using a method comprising a step for freeze-drying a frozen sample of a mixture of a first solution and a second solution and a step for dispersing the freeze-dried sample in water. By means of this method, the mixture comprises an active ingredient and ointment base, the first solution solvent is an organic solvent, and the second solution solvent is water. As a result, it is possible to provide an aqueous composition in which nanoparticles are dispersed that can be used with stability as an aqueous dispersion preparation.
