Abstract:
Provided is a method for producing an assembled and superposed Luneberg lens. A high-performance Luneberg lens with stable indexes can be manufactured at room temperature, under a normal pressure, and at a low cost. The method comprises the following steps: bonding first-type granular materials by means of a bonding agent to form same in a ball shape so as to manufacture a ball core; manufacturing first shell piece units by using a plurality of second-type granular materials, and sticking a plurality of the first shell piece units to a surface of the ball core and completely covering the ball core with same, wherein a layer formed by the plurality of first shell piece units is called a first dielectric layer, and at this time, after the first dielectric layer is added to the ball core, the ball core becomes a ball which is at a second stage; and using corresponding shell piece units to manufacture a predetermined number of dielectric layers in such a manner, thereby obtaining a target finished Luneberg lens product. The method for producing a Luneberg lens of the present invention has advantages, such as having a simple production process and a low production cost, and the Luneberg lens produced thereby being lightweight, having easy-to-control lens characteristics, and having a good lens performance index.
