Abstract:
A method for producing at least one optoelectronic device (7) is described, the method comprising: - providing a substrate body (1), - providing a substrate frame (2) on the substrate body (1),wherein the substrate frame (2) comprises at least one recess (3), - providing at least one optoelectronic component (4) on the substrate body (1), wherein the substrate frame (2) and the at least one optoelectronic component (4) are placed in relation to one another in such a way that the at least one optoelectronic component (4) is arranged in the at least one recess (3), - providing a filler material (5) in the at least one recess (3) in such a way that the at least one optoelectronic component (4) is covered by the filler material (5), wherein the filler material (5) is provided by a casting process. Moreover, an optoelectronic device (7) is specified, which can be produced by the described method.
