Abstract:
Provided is a production method which enables the production of a high-purity bispyrazole compound while preventing the occurrence of a side reaction. A method for producing a bispyrazole compound represented by formula (2) by reacting a compound represented by formula (1) with hydrazine, wherein the molar ratio of the compound represented by formula (1) to the hydrazine falls within the range from 1.0:5.2 to 1.0:11.7. [In formula (1) and formula (2), R1 and R2 independently represent an aryl group which may have a substituent.]
