Abstract:
Provided is a method for producing blood serum that exhibits improved cell proliferation activity. A method for producing blood serum for culturing mammalian cells, the method including: maintaining blood at a temperature of 15-25°C, the blood having been harvested from a first mammal; extending the maintenance of said temperature to within 48 hours; and preparing blood serum from said blood.
