Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a method for producing a cellulose-fiber-containing material, a method for producing reaction cellulose fibers, and a method for producing reaction microfibers which enable mass production. [Solution] A method for producing a cellulose-fiber-containing material P2 which, when obtaining reaction cellulose fibers P3 from cellulose fibers containing a reaction agent, is used as the cellulose fibers containing the reaction agent, said method comprising a sheet-making step 100 for making raw material pulp P1 into a band-shaped pulp sheet, the Cobb sizing of which is 10-600 g/m2 as measured in accordance with JIS P 8140, and an application step 200 for applying a reaction agent to the pulp sheet. Also, in the present invention, reaction cellulose fibers P3 are produced by using the cellulose-fiber-containing material P2 obtained via this method, and causing the reaction agent to react with the cellulose fiber. Furthermore, in the present invention, reaction microfibers P4 are produced by setting the ash content of the raw material pulp P1 to not more than 20 mass% and defibrillating the reaction cellulose fibers P3.
