Abstract:
Provided is a method for producing a cellulose nanofiber (CNF) dry solid having good redispersibility. The CNF dry solid is produced by drying a mixture of a CNF and a solvent using a vacuum drying apparatus. Having good redispersibility means that the difference between the viscosity of a wet CNF dispersion before drying and the viscosity of a CNF dispersion obtained by redispersion of a CNF dry solid is small.
