Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for producing a ceramic substrate. The ceramic substrate can be used in high-output power modules due to the 0.3-0.8mm thickness of the upper and lower metal layers that adhere to the upper and lower surfaces of the ceramic substrate, and can reduce the time necessary for chemical etching due to a plurality of metal patterns that are formed beforehand on the upper metal layer by mechanical machining methods of pressing or cutting.
