Title:
METHOD FOR PRODUCING CHEMICALLY PRESTRESSED CONCRETE PRODUCT, HIGH-TEMPERATURE, HIGH-PRESSURE UNDERWATER CONCRETE PRODUCT CURING DEVICE SUITABLY USED FOR THE METHOD AND CURING METHOD FOR CONCRETE PRODUCT USING THE CURING DEVICE
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/1999/062843
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
A method for producing a high-strength concrete product large in chemically prestressed quantity and small in loss by the prestress, a high-temperature, high-pressure underwater concrete product curing device excellent in energy/production efficiency and safety and reusing curing water, and a curing method for the concrete product. The method for producing a chemically prestressed concrete product comprising molding concrete in which a cement component containing cement and expansive admixture is mixed and curing the molded concrete underwater at temperatures higher than 100 °C. The curing device provided with a plurality of pressure containers (4A, 4B), each pressure container having a curing water supply means (6), a compressed air supply means (8), a heater (12) and a deaeration means (10), and with high-temperature, high-pressure water transfer pipes (16A, 16B) installed below relative containers and communicating with non-relative containers, each pressure container being connected to each other by the transfer pipes soas to form a circulating path, wherein curing water immediately after curing is gradually transferred, using a high pressure in one pressure container, to the other pressure container on standby at atmospheric pressure and is used repeatedly.
