Abstract:
A method for producing a coil part has: a step for bonding a dummy metal layer onto a base; a step for laminating a base insulation resin onto the dummy metal layer; a step for providing an opening in the base insulation layer to expose the dummy metal layer; a step for providing a first spiral wiring onto the base insulation resin and providing a first sacrificial conductor onto the dummy metal layer within the opening in the base insulation resin; a step for energizing the dummy metal layer and making the first sacrificial conductor larger by plating; a step for covering the first spiral wiring and the first sacrificial conductor with a first insulation resin; a step for providing an opening in the first insulation resin to expose the first sacrificial conductor; a step for forming a hole by removing the first sacrificial conductor from the opening in the first insulation layer by etching; and a step for filling the hole with a magnetic resin to configure an internal magnetic path with the magnetic resin.
