Abstract:
A method for producing composite resin particles which includes a pulverization step in which a composite resin material comprising carbon nanotubes and a fluororesin is pulverized. The composite resin material has a carbon nanotube content CCNT (mass%) of 0.015-0.200 mass%. In the pulverization step, the composite resin material is pulverized by the rotation of rotating blades so that the value of D/CCNT, obtained by dividing the movement distance D (m) of the rotating blades by the CCNT (mass%), is 1,000-110,000 m/mass%.
