Abstract:
A method for producing a conjugated-diene-based rubber is provided, the method comprising: a first step in which one or more monomers comprising a conjugated-diene compound are polymerized in an inert solvent using a polymerization initiator to obtain conjugated-diene-based polymer chains having active terminals; a second step in which a polyorganosiloxane represented by general formula (1) is added to and reacted with the conjugated-diene-based polymer chains having active terminals, in an amount of 1 mol or larger, in terms of the number of repeating siloxane structure (-Si-O-) units contained in the polyorganosiloxane, per mol of the polymerization initiator used in the first step; and a third step in which a compound represented by general formula (2) is reacted with the conjugated-diene-based polymer chains which have been reacted with the polyorganosiloxane in the second step.
