Abstract:
The present invention provides a method for producing an amide cross-linked nucleic acid derivative, which is useful as a molecule for use as an antisense, with high efficiency. An intermediate that is important for the synthesis of an amide cross-linked nucleic acid derivative can be synthesized with high efficiency by carrying out an aldol reaction under specified conditions. The intermediate can be ring-closed with high efficiency by removing a protective group therefrom.
