Abstract:
The present application relates to: a method for producing dead lactic acid bacteria cells, comprising a step of performing primary heat treatment and secondary heat treatment on any one or more lactic acid bacteria selected from the group consisting of the strains of Lactobacillus plantarum CJLP133 deposited with accession number KCTC 11403BP, Lactobacillus plantarum CJLP243 deposited with accession number KCCM 11045P, and Lactobacillus plantarum CJLP55 deposited with accession number KCTC 11401BP; a method for increasing the immunoregulatory function of dead lactic acid bacteria cells; a method for increasing an interferon gamma production ability or an interleukin-4 reduction ability of dead lactic acid bacteria cells; a method for increasing the ability to inhibit the attachment of harmful intestinal bacteria; dead lactic acid bacteria cells produced thereby; and an immunoregulatory food, pharmaceutical and feed composition, which include the dead lactic acid bacteria cells.
