Abstract:
The present invention provides a method for producing a difluoromethylene compound useful in the field of pharmaceuticals and for producing an intermediate of the compound. Specifically, the present invention provides a method for producing a difluoromethylene compound, the method including the step of reacting a compound represented by formula (6) with a compound represented by formula (7).
[In formula (6), L1 represents a halogen atom or a cyano, lower alkyl, lower haloalkyl, cycloalkyl, lower alkoxy, lower haloalkoxy, or lower hydroxyalkyl group; R1 represents a lower alkyl group, a halogen atom, or a lower haloalkyl, cycloalkyl, cyano, or lower hydroxyalkyl group; and W represents a nitrogen atom or a methine group.]
[In formula (7), R2 represents a lower alkyl, lower haloalkyl, cycloalkyl, lower alkenyl, or aralkyl group; and R3 represents a chlorine, bromine, or iodine atom.]
