Abstract:
Disclosed herein is a method for producing dinitronaphthalene, which includes subjecting naphthalene to a nitration reaction with nitric acid in a reactor, so as to obtain a dinitronaphthalene-containing solution. The reactor includes at least one rectangular reaction channel for the nitration reaction, and at least one mixing assembly disposed in the at least one rectangular reaction channel. The at least one mixing assembly has a plurality of stacked comb-shaped baffles. Each of the comb-shaped baffles has a plurality of comb teeth. The comb teeth of the comb-shaped baffles are disposed to allow naphthalene and nitric acid to flow irregularly and mix with each other.
